May 5, 2017 — The fourth annual Latinx Graduation Reception to honor Latino students for reaching their academic goals and to recognize the role Latino families play in their retention, academic success, and graduation. The reception will include Aztec dancing, light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres.
May 3, 2017 — One of only 55 community college students, SRJC student Vanessa Nava has been awarded the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship, worth up to $40,000 a year, to complete a bachelor’s degree.

April 10, 2017— SRJC recently announced a new schedule planning tool called the Schedule Planner. The online tool will allow students to create and compare multiple class schedules, based on course preferences as well as other commitments.
